Research Highlights

1.Laboratory Automation

Supervised under Prof. Lü,served as a keyparticipant in the establishment of an automated control system for Prof. Lü’slaboratory in the Department of Chemical Engineering, resulting in two relatedpatent applications.

2.Automated Zebrafish Sorter
Led a team to develop an automatedzebrafish sorting instrument designed for small model organisms, includingzebrafish, nematodes, and Xenopus oocytes.

3.AI Agent Development
Led and contributed to the development ofAI agents for protein/antibody drug design, focusing on the development ofrelated algorithms.

4.Molecular Dynamics Simulations
Conducted molecular dynamics simulations toinvestigate the structural dynamics of biomacromolecules such as proteins,antibodies, and nucleic acids, exploring their roles in structure-based drugdesign against specific targets.
